Lauren is very knowledgeable and professional. She was responsive and answered all of my questions. Her advice on pricing and staging was spot on. I was running a little behind on finishing everything to put the house on the market and she came in and helped with a few last minute things to make sure we made the deadline we agreed on. Lauren as fantastic to work with - we were buying from another state and she did leg work to help us identify homes in advance we wanted to tour on our trip, and she had great knowledge of the local area. We toured about 5 houses and she helped us to identify what the most important items were to consider in our bid - which resulted in us winning our first bid in a way that still felt comfortable for us (which is saying a lot in the current state of the market). Even beyond tours and the bid and close process, she was very willing to answer our questions about the community and it's clear that she cares about her clients and the community.
