Lauren is proactive, a great listener, and a top-notch negotiator. When buying our first home, Lauren was on top of each step or already reaching out to connect with a seller. She really went above and beyond during our house seeking and closure process. In this competitive market, we ended up putting an offer (and closing) on a house that was tenant-occupied. Lauren listened to our concerns about how we wanted to work with the tenant to help her find a new home. Lauren always listened first and gave us great advice when we asked. She is also top notch at negotiating - in terms of the offer and credits from the seller. In the moments when we were unsure about something (lending bank, certificate of occupancy, etc), Lauren was always a phone call away to soothe our worries and explain the situation. Lauren is the best part of VM and I can't recommend her enough.

Lauren is a great realtor! She was very responsive and is always willing to help and answer random questions. There were some last minute issues that came up with the property we purchased and she was a helpful, calm presence throughout who really helped us resolve everything and buy the house we wanted to. Lauren as fantastic to work with - we were buying from another state and she did leg work to help us identify homes in advance we wanted to tour on our trip, and she had great knowledge of the local area. We toured about 5 houses and she helped us to identify what the most important items were to consider in our bid - which resulted in us winning our first bid in a way that still felt comfortable for us (which is saying a lot in the current state of the market). Even beyond tours and the bid and close process, she was very willing to answer our questions about the community and it's clear that she cares about her clients and the community.
