Lauren is proactive, a great listener, and a top-notch negotiator. When buying our first home, Lauren was on top of each step or already reaching out to connect with a seller. She really went above and beyond during our house seeking and closure process. In this competitive market, we ended up putting an offer (and closing) on a house that was tenant-occupied. Lauren listened to our concerns about how we wanted to work with the tenant to help her find a new home. Lauren always listened first and gave us great advice when we asked.
